What forms of payments do you accept?

You can either:

How long before I get my order?

The handling process takes up to 3 business days. 95% of our orders, however, are shipped within48 hours. If you need to get in touch at any point of the process, please contact us at info@glorestore.com

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping prices and timing vary by country. Our standard flat rates are $4.99 for the Continental US and $9.99 for the rest of the world. Express US shipping is available for $11.99. Standard shipping is free worldwide for orders $100 or more. All the relevant information can be found at checkout. We will send you an order confirmation email automatically after your order is placed. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

What are your return policies?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. More about our return policy here

What are your refund policies?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (3 to 5 business days in most cases).

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What are your exchange policies?

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@glorestore.com. Additional information will be provided afterward.

Our gorgeous Christian jewelry rings include sizes that are custom-made. These artfully custom-made jewelry pieces and those that are customized by the customer are exchangeable but non-refundable. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to learn more about custom-made products.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account with us has its perks, however, it is not required to place your order. We still recommend that you create one though.
